Sandhya Jain
Co-founder of No Help Too Big (NHTB), Sandhya Jain is an experienced innovator with over 18 years’ experience across different industries.
She was working in publishing and entertainment media when she started NHTB three years ago. She is currently an innovator at Amazon US, bringing a world-class online shopping experience to global customers.
Her journey with NHTB has not only been extremely satisfying at a personal level but has also been one of constant learning. Her early experiences with underprivileged communities made her realise the immense potential they have.
Over the past three years, she has worked with the ‘Kitaab Ek Khwaab’ initiative, which made her realise that, in addition to monetary help, underprivileged children need constant encouragement, motivation, counselling, and moral support. She believes that her task is not merely to give them support; it is to make them believe in themselves and to instil self-confidence — a vital tool for success.
Something similar is true of the ‘Aatmanirbhar’ initiative. Soon after she started working with underprivileged men and women, she realised the remarkable qualities many of them possess. They are talented, patient, and adept at multitasking, and they have innate strength and courage. They, too, face many challenges in their lives.

Prachi Jain
Co-founder of No Help Too Big (NHTB), Prachi Jain, has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with key areas including drug research, behavioural psychology, and mental health.
Her endeavours outside NHTB include running a healthcare consultancy and teaching students at IIT and AIIMS.
Her mission is to help and nurture the underprivileged. She sees them emerging and growing into leaders. Her belief in the skills and abilities of the people she works with has been at the core of all NHTB programmes.
Her work on the ‘Kitaab Ek Khwaab’ initiative has helped many NHTB students excel in their studies; some have enrolled in professional courses, and a few have found employment. Her work with women has led to steady and significant incomes. Some are now almost self-reliant; others make substantial contributions to their family incomes.
She focuses on minimising waste by reusing materials that are no longer needed by one segment of society to support another in dire need. She, along with her team, has held numerous freecycle events over the past several years. Under her leadership, NHTB has launched a reusable-container programme in several states and has provided reusable clothes, books, and household goods in underprivileged villages.
She is committed to enabling local people to solve local problems with local resources. She works by harnessing the capacity, strength, and resilience of ordinary people to do whatever it takes to see a world where everyone has reliable access to safe water.
She gives great credit to the constant and systematic efforts of NHTB’s employees and volunteers.
